1. 30-Day Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
If you change your mind, you can return your items provided they meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unopened and in their original bulk packaging.
- All security seals and labels must remain intact.
- Items must be in a re-sellable condition.
Please note: Return shipping costs for “change of mind” are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our local warehouses pack every order with care. However, if an item arrives damaged
during Australia Post transit or if we sent the wrong product:
- Please notify us at support@homiday.shop within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/error.
- We will provide a full refund or a fast replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened or had their seals broken.
- Perishable goods or personal care items (unless faulty).
- Items purchased on “Final Clearance” (unless damaged in transit).
4. The Refund Process
- Contact Us: Email support@homiday.shop to initiate your return.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide the local return address.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it within 2 business days.
- Payment: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
